Ijeoma Uwaeme

Ijeoma has over 22 years of experience spanning various Financial Institutions operations, treasury operations, credit, and marketing in the Banking sector. She also has Corporate Banking, Commercial and Business Banking experience. She has worked in Allstates Trust Bank (currently Ecobank Plc), Diamond Bank Plc, and Access Bank Plc, Nigeria where she held Asst. General Manager position and functioned as Ag. Group Head and Zonal Head in Commercial and Business Banking. She has also served on various business development and strategy committees in different institutions. Her passion for the success of businesses and customer relationship management earned her several awards and thrust leadership responsibilities upon her early in her career.

Ijeoma holds B.Sc. Economics from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the same Institution. She has attended various courses spanning marketing, leadership, public speaking etc. She recently concluded a leading change course 2018–A CSML course of Harvard Graduate School of Education/ Harvard Business School.
