Seyi has worked in the people development and management field for over 20 years as a business improvement engineer, leading process improvement interventions as an organizational development specialist.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and also a Master of Science degree in organizational behaviour both from the prestigious University of Lagos. She is a certified Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHRi) practitioner and a trained Psychometrician.
Her focus has been on the small and medium scale companies with the sole mission to aid business optimization, enhance capacity development and drive business growth. Also, in her recent involvement in capacity development, she has consulted on various initiatives on community capacity building and mentorship & coaching integration within the corporate environment.
She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), and IPSA (Institute of Personnel Management South Africa). She also currently seats as an advisory board member of the Women in Human Resources (WiHR), Nigeria, and a member of the governing council of TRESI (The Real Sector Initiative Nigeria).
