Korede Ologun

Korede has over 8 years’ experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, investment research and investor relations roles. He provides strategic financial advisory to corporate clients and government agencies. He has facilitated merger & acquisition transactions, capital raise, capital markets related transactions, restructuring, and leveraged buyouts across Africa. Korede has participated in capital raise transactions in excess of US$400 million from local and foreign lenders. He has participated in Eurobond and Equity fund registration on the capital market. Korede helps formulate and execute a proactive investor relations strategy and program, with the goal of a diverse, deep investor base aligned with the company’s mission. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M University, USA. He has also attended a program from the prestigious Harvard Business School.
