Olamide Adewunmi
Olamide graduated with a BA. in Mass Communication from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State in 2005. She holds a Post Graduate degree in Communication and International Marketing from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
She brings to the team over 10 years of work experience in varied roles in the Banking Industry, Media, and lately Fintech. She has wholesale and Retail Banking experience in the Public Sector and commercial banking groups of the following banks First City Monument Bank, FCMB, Plc, Heritage Bank, Sterling Bank, and Fidelity Bank. She had a short stint in the Media industry and has focused on brokering relationships with clients in the wholesale and retail markets.
She also worked as a Customer Service Supervisor in Econet Media (Kwese Tv) and had responsibilities to acquire and manage customers that walk into the customer experience center, to offer after-sales support, manage value chain, foster new relationships and develop business strategies that help improve the company’s operations amongst others. Whilst at Econet media, she worked as a media sales manager fostering new relationships with different companies, brands and high network individuals providing strategic business advice to companies for marketing and brand activations.
She also worked at Connected Analytics as a Senior Sales Manager, selling products and services to prospective customers, identifying and engaging potential businesses for partnership and maintaining the relationship with business partners, and ensuring all integrations are seamless amongst other responsibilities.
